Melbourne based Ghostpatrol is a self taught artist who has transgressed working as a street stencil artist to exhibiting his artwork in art galleries worldwide. Through sculpting, painting, drawing and sewing, he has created a diverse range of artwork which covers ink drawing, graffiti, commissioned murals and
soft sculpture. Yet through all this diversity he has also developed a unique dark satirical style which underpins all his work across the various mediums.
InFrame.tv caught up with Ghostpatrol at his "Mitten Fortress' studio, as he was putting the finishing touches on his latest exhibition While You Sleep at the Gorker Gallery, Melbourne. While You Sleep is a joint exhibition featuring Ghostpatrol and collaborator Cat Rabbit. The pair have worked together on various projects over the past four years combining drawing and soft sculpture. While You Sleep presents a collection
of illustrations by
Ghostpatrol and companion soft sculptures by Cat Rabbit exhibited together in their own unique and charming style.
